johnmcneely
I have tried to successfully transfer an incoming call directed to an extension registered by ExpressTalk to another extension off the same Axon. I've tried this on incoming lines from two different VoIP providers. Upon pressing the Transfer button the second time, after the transfer-to extension has been dialed, the call from the outside is disconnected. Can anyone shed light on this problem? Thanks. Damian
Hi John, I have exactly the same problem. Both of my external line accounts are Vonage SoftPhones and I've disabled call activity polling. I may try an alternative SIP line provider as music on hold doesn't work when I test the switchboard with a call from a standard Vonage line, but does for a standard landline. I already submitted this problem on the NCH website and had no response (I also purchased Premium support for IMS and got no response). Someone please help!!! Everything else works just fine. Damian
I downloaded the new Express Talk v 2.0 BE and can fake a transfer while on an external call by clicking Conference, dialing the extension, hit call, speak to the other party, hit Conference (joins all three parties), then click Hold to exclude myself from the call. It requires all parties to hang up and there's a slight delay, but is a work around for now. Hi John, I have exactly the same problem. A.N
Try using Axon 1.07 http://www.nch.com.au/pbx/index.html And Epress Talk 2.0 http://www.nch.com.au/cgi-bin/dld.exe?file...s/talksetup.exe Instal both over the top to keep all your settings.
