Divert calls to sip lines

I am using the IVM Answering Attendent and have set up 3 voip sip lines.

I'm trying to when the 1st sip line is busy, the call is diverted to the next sip line etc.

Need help in how to do this using the IVM?

I've managed to use the transfer to voicemail function in the extension setup to transfer to a given extension or workgroup - but nothing more than that... let me know if you do find anything additional
