I have noticed a lot of post regarding sql problems will the program be able to record the answers into our database. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I've been using it over the last month and found it tough going - the documentation is light, tech. support take a while to get back regarding any issues and things don't always work consistently. We use sip voip and this isn't supported well nor is outbound dialling very sophisticated - it is basic autodialling with no predicitive dialling ability. The pbx side however is quite good and stable, we're runnign around a dozen extensions and external lines and that was easy to setup and configure. pollster Posted May 15, 2006 Author Share Posted May 15, 2006 Spitfiree III is very good as an autodialer for recorded messages. It is not flexibe using it for survey work. It can do up to 30 questions but there is little flexibility in responses you can only have up to 7 answers on the question and there is very little ability to do branching.
