philip201129
All sounds from all clips that I recorded with iphone 6S will go to left side only when I add a music song as introduction at the beginning of the sequence. Any idea why? If I remove the music song sounds will be normal to both left and right side
borate
This is due to your Iphone recording being single-track MONO. When a stereo track is added, the MONO element moves to the left channel. The issue may be corrected in the most recent VP versions. Download here. Or, fix it this way... Right-click your Iphone clips, individually, and SAVE AUDIO CLIP AS NEW FILE. They should be in your PC's Music folder. Load each clip, individually, into Wavepad. If the button at the bottom of the window reads MONO, click it and choose STEREO. Convert the file and FILE|SAVE AS as a .wav type by the same name. Import the file into VP and replace the original with the new file.
philip201129
When I record clips with my Canon 50D and set up the audio to STEREO from the external MICs, after I import into VideoPad, all sounds are heard on 1 side only, either LEFT or RIGHT. But if I set to MONO from the mic for recording (there are 2 mics), I can hear sounds for both sides. So how do I deal with this problem in Videopad that I wants the STEREO sounds to be heard on both sides, not just 1 side.
borate
If stereo has truly been recorded, then VP will play the file in stereo. Let's check it out... Upload one of these stereo files and share the link to the file here. See the instructions in the "Tips for getting help..." near the top of this forum.
