Audio Quality on Playback

Hello jmcase, this hum you are describing could be caused by many things, one of them is interference from another audio driver or stream.  We recommend you to close any programs you may have running on the program, like instant messenger programs and close any webpage you may not need to use other than the stream you are recording from.  Also, you may want to try using different web browsers to open the stream you are recording from to discard the issue being caused by the browser's codec.  Also, check if the audio source volume is at a good level and remember that if the volume is too high it may cause issues with the audio recorded.   If the issues remain you may want to contact NCH Software support team for assistance.
