prk
When I open soundtap it has movement as if it is already recordfing. It isn't recording. When I click on start recording, it starts. When I finish and hit find and play, it finds it and I hit play and see the playback but I can't hear it. I had no problems when I had version 3. Same computer. Asus tower 2017 model with 8 Gig of Ram; 2 TB hd; high speed Internet. When I use Audacity everything works fine. Anyone have any help for this problem? Thanks, Paul
Gekker
Hello Paul, SoundTap will show movement in its audio bar as long as it detects audio being played on your computer, regardless of if it is recording or not. prk
OK but I don't hear the audio from a recording. I just see the wave form as it plays. ???
N_C_H_yusuf
Hi prk, If you can see the waveform, that means it is successfully recorded. Could you check and see if the volume of the player might be too low to hear recording? Regards, Yusuf
