butterfly girl Posted September 12, 2017 Share Posted September 12, 2017 I was using fastfox on my windows laptop and transferred over to a mac so I transferred my paid version of fastfox over to my mac and it is not working anymore. Chris75 Posted September 12, 2017 Share Posted September 12, 2017 Hello, please remember that this is a discussion forum and not a support channel, having expressed this take note that your description of Fastfox not working is too vague, it is not telling us if the program is not running or if the shortcuts are not expanding. You may want to contact NCH Software support team for them to provide you with a link to download the software version that works with your license, and keep in mind that the Windows version won't work on the Mac computer because the operating system is different and they use different architecture.
