Exporting my video files

I have been using videopad for at least 9 months no problem on Windows 10.

I use my webcam to capture me and my mate on our guitars and singing.It captures mp4.

I edit the beginning and end parts normaly

All of a sudden it will not export any more.And Failed comes up.

Any ideas why.I have reloaded videopad to the latest version and its still the same.

Any ideas?

I used windows remove programs and reloaded the latest version and its works but now says unlicensed software i bought it about october 2015.

The install file for your purchased version should still be on your PC and can be reinstalled. That should give you a licensed copy.

it's ok i found the keycode.I then went into the latest version did a file register and entered the keycode from 10 months ago and now its says licensed .Thanks for all your help.It got me sorted.cheers.
