Sound_Tapper 0
Hello Folks, I'm using SoundTap on a Win10 Notebook with a terrible internal Soundcard. Recordings are unusable. If I connect via HDMI to my TV the sound is beautiful, but SoundTag receives no signal. In SoundTap options the HDMI app is not shown. If I go into Win10 system konfiguration sound, the HDMI app to TV is shown, but it is not possible to chose it as standard. So what I need is an option that supports internal signal (without internal hardware soundcard) for SoundTap during the HDMI connection from my Notebook to TV. My notebook is a Lenovo G700 (not the one for sound experiences - I know ;-) ). Thanks for any ideas - Christoph
nchBen 0
Hi Sound_Tapper, Unfortunately SoundTap is unable to intercept the audio when using an HDMI output. Regards, Ben
vapors 0
Just a thought (with no idea @ your experience with SoundTap, or your laptop/soundcard, or what quality of the recording deems it 'unusable') but maybe try recording audio at a lower level?
