pavlos
Hi, how can an mp3 file be analyzed with wavepad in order to get some audio statistics such as loudness, etc. regards, pavlos
Chris75
Hello, Wavepad offers under Tools the FFT and IFFT analyzers that would help you see some of the information you are seeking, like loudness.
pavlos
Hi Chris, you cannot extract from two graphs the audio statistics I am talking about. Try this online audio editor https://twistedwave.com/online/ File->Analyze to see some of the audio stats I am talking about
KenTheriot
I know this is an old thread - just now trying to test out WavePad. I too am looking for a way to know what the loudness is for a particular bit of audio. I like the Peak Finder tool. But how can I tell what the exact loudness/volume/dB of that peak is? Does WavePad not have a way to do this? Thanks!

I tried those tools, but they did not seem to give loudness info. Am I missing something?
