dstnrgrs
I've used the free version for almost a year. Within the past couple months, I purchased the paid version. I had been using Version 3.x, but had a hard drive failure. After getting things reloaded, I see that version 4.21 installed. I'm having some issues with the Zoom effect that I never experienced on the older version. I made a short test scenario. I have a panoramic photo that I apply a zoom effect to. The beginning of the clip I zoom in with a 16:9 aspect ratio so that the photo will fill the screen and position the tool frame on the left side of the photo and set a keyframe on all 4 settings (screenshot #1). I move to the end of the clip and reposition the tool frame to the right edge of the photo (which automatically adds 4 more keyframes - screenshot #2). The low-res preview looks perfect. I exported as a .mp4 for YouTube(1080p) with 29.97 FPS. The resulting video shows the zoomed panning part positioned in the lower left corner and the full panorama photo is visible behind the zoomed section, except for its colors appear to be inverted (screenshot #3). I believe this to be a bug, but would like to see if someone can replicate the issue. I have verified that it is not an issue with that particular photo as it was an issue on at least three other photos that I attempted to apply a zoom to. borate
Attempted to duplicate what you described, first with a low-res image, then the 1920 X 1080 still shown here... 1080P 29.97 on VP 4.21 Yet couldn't replicate your result.

dstnrgrs
Hi Dstnrgrs, Could you share (upload to DropBox or Google Driver) the project and the photo? Hi Sam. I sent a message with the link to the files on Google Drive. Thanks.
c_major
We've tried the test files on a few machines and couldn't reproduce the problem. Does it always happens? Could you please try update your graphics driver? If update driver doesn't work we would like to get more information: Type in "dxdiag" in windows search box from the system Start menu. Click "Save All Information..." and generate a report (.txt). Paste the report here or PM me. Best Regards,
dstnrgrs
It's happened every time I've tried it, on multiple different photos. My graphics driver says it's up to date. I sent the driver diagnostic report in a PM
c_major
Thanks for the report. Could you please try one more thing: Since you mentioned that it works fine in the low-res preview. I'm wondering what happen if you export to a low resolution, maybe same as the preview.
dstnrgrs
When exporting as a low-res (same as preview), it behaves as expected.

dstnrgrs
I was also able to export as Youtube 720p successfully, but the 1080p still exports incorrectly.
