Every response will be appreciated! 1) TGA image files are used in Videopad with no problem as any other images like JPEG or PNG. Just import them as images and put on timeline... You can even Drag&Drop them from Expolorer 2) You can change duration of any image to length you want. You can change it by entering exact numbers in seconds. Or you can visually drag them longer or shorter on timeline. 3) If you want them to be imported on timeline with exact duration you can change settings in Options -> Media Tab -> Default Still Image Duration (seconds) parameter.
