Express invoice printing to tsp650 messed up

I am trying to print from express invoice to Star tsp650. The printing is so messed up that it is printing a looooooong receipt instead of a short one that I can give to the customer. I have tried uninstalling the software, reinstalling with no avail. The printer was moved to a different PC with the same result.

 

Copper is able to print the small receipts and we are using that now but I like Express invoice. Can anyone help?

Have you tried turning on small sizes fr receipts in the Options. It's in the Receipt section of the options.

I did try that but to no avail. It is still doing the same thing

If you are using narrow width receipt printer, try printing from 'Payments' window (View -> Payments).

Make sure, you selected small sized receipt from Options->Receipts.

 

However, you can only do so for paid/partially paid invoices.
