I did try that but to no avail. It is still doing the same thing

I am trying to print from express invoice to Star tsp650. The printing is so messed up that it is printing a looooooong receipt instead of a short one that I can give to the customer. I have tried uninstalling the software, reinstalling with no avail. The printer was moved to a different PC with the same result. Copper is able to print the small receipts and we are using that now but I like Express invoice. Can anyone help? Thanks G.
