tmthy21
Is there a way of adding flat and sharp symbols to the texted chord abbreviations I am putting above the staves on a lead sheet I am working on for the purposes of improv singing? Loving! the ease of the program. So much easier to use for music notation than the trial versions of either finale or sibelius... and the price is a whole lot easier on the pocket book! c_major
Sharp symbols are graphics elements and they can not be used in text. When you editing text, you can copy and paste unicode character from here:http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Unicode/List_of_useful_symbols#Music You can find the shap/flat/natural symbols from the music section. c_major
The symbols appear on the linked page are text characters. You can use the mouse select the symbol you needed, copy and paste into Cresendo as normal text.
