bsktype
About 3 weeks ago my Express Scribe started changing the dates of my files. Always, the date showing has been the original date dictated as it appears in the ftp loader. Now when I move the files over into Express Scribe, it changes to the current date which makes it impossible to tell which files are the oldest. This makes it impossible over a weekend to tell which are the oldest files. I need help to get this to go back to keeping original date of dictation. Any suggestion??? The help section in the program is no help.
Damian Lettie
About 3 weeks ago my Express Scribe started changing the dates of my files. What happened three weeks ago? Did you upgrade to a newer version of Scribe? Did you start using a different file format?
bsktype
What happened three weeks ago? Did you upgrade to a newer version of Scribe? Did you start using a different file format? I changed absolutely nothing. I just today upgraded hoping that might fix it. but no, nothing had changed. My server people had not changed anything either. The date remains constant all the way through unzipping but the minute I transfer into Express Scribe it defaults to today's date Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is a big problem for me. bsktype
Still having problems with file dates - anyone else having this issue? I updated, uninstailled, reinstalled, etc, etc, etc., express scribe is still changing the dates!!!! This is a big problem when trying to prioritize by date to do oldest first when you have 2-3 days from weekends or holidays that you have to download. You can't tell which ones were which day. Help!!
