crgauth Posted January 20, 2011 Share Posted January 20, 2011 Helping my wife to use Express Scribe. She tried to play a file that was mp2 format. File adds to the list but doesn't load. Currently running V5.13 on Windows XP. Was able to convert to mp3 and it played fine. Any ideas? Is there a particular component that I need to load to support mp2?
