Barbara Graham Posted January 19, 2011 Share Posted January 19, 2011 I have a new computer with Windows 7 and I've installed ES 5.13 and the Sony plug-in, and some MSV files load but some don't. I've used ES for years on XP, so I'm pretty familiar with the issues, but I can't find anything on this one. Does anyone have any help for this? Thank you. P.S. I've had the three files that don't load uploaded again, have downloaded them three times, no luck. They do load on my XP. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

To clarify, also, these are recorded one after the other by the same person (someone dictating), so, for instance, files 0 through 3 are fine, 4 is not, 5 is fine, 6 is not, etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
