Express Scribe File Options

I just downloaded Express Scribe 5.06. I am trying to see what files are supported and want to place check marks in the ones that are not. Going to Options, File Types, it doesn't list the files, instead it has two boxes. One says, set default RAW settings, the other says, set default VOX settings. What does this mean and how can I get a list of files to show?

 

Also, when I downloaded this version (5.06) it wrote over my original 4.06 that I had installed. How is 5.06 different from the old version?
