Auto Import not working

Tried to setup autoimport and it is not working. I followed all the directions. Even tried a mixture of settings to see any results. Nothing happens.

 

It's like in demo mode and wont switch over to the full product. Anyone have this issue???

PS: When I bought the software, the 1 year support via email was also purchased. Sent two emails this week with no response beside the normal we received your request and routed it to the appropriate people. It's not like I have a business to run and work flows to manage. Come on.. Sorry, little frustrated.

In the Web Control Panel, click About on the top-right of the page. What does the line starting with "Express Delegate ..." say?

 

Again, in the Web Control Panel, logged in as a manger, in the Auto-Import tab, what does it say in the Result column?

 

On the server machine, in the application's main window, are there any error messages in the log?

Apologize for the delay.

 

Web Control Panel says "Express Delegate Plus Business v 4.05.

 

In the Auto-Import Result column it says "OK".

 

Applications main window Log has no error's.

The auto-import process ran but didn't find any audio files.

 

What file extensions do your audio files have?

 

From the Express Delegate main window, in Options -> "File Types", are those extensions enabled?
