File Types is not accessible in new version

I recently uploaded the new version of Express Scribe.

 

After I downloaded it, a WMV file on my computer (Windows Media player file) suddenly changed its icon to that of Express Scribe. It is a video file, so I don't want Express Scribe to open that kind of file.

 

Under Options and File types, there used to be a list of types of files that would open with Express Scribe.

 

Now when I click that link, the only thing that opens up is a window with two choices:

Set default RAW settings

OR

Set default VOX settings.

 

How can I get that list back so I can choose which files I want to open with Express Scribe?
