Private and corporate usage are the same - there aren't any extra restrictions. You can view the full licence terms when you run the installer, or in Help -> "Help Contents..." -> "Software License Terms". If so, is it possible to download a standalone version that isnt installed on demand e.g. an MSI installation ? There isn't an MSI installer, unfortunately.
