nataliemarie
New to the program, and already having an issue. I downloaded the mp3 files from the contractor, sampled the audio to ensure it downloaded properly, and selected the LOAD option on the program. When I pulled up the file folder that the mp3s are in, there aren't any files listed. In fact, the only thing listed are more file folders - and even those appear empty. Do I need to reformat the audio files to something else?

What version of Express Scribe are you using? What version of Windows? When you say the Load option, do you mean File -> "Load Dictation File(s)..."? nataliemarie
Ah! Nevermind! I figured it out. Thank you for your help (Or, attempted help that is!) I was mistaking LOAD for loading of files, instead of using the SYNC function. Again, thank you What version of Express Scribe are you using? What version of Windows?
