I just received the pedals and I had purchased the Silver Support. How do I contact Technical Support to ask them about how to set up the pedals? I did the software and the wizard showed each of the 3 pedals doing what they were supposed to but then they wanted me to configure each pedal. I named the left pedals with the F7 key for rewind, the middle for F9 for play, and the right pedal with F8 for fast forward but when I tried this with the audio from the CD that I am to transcribe, it does all kinds of strange things. What am I doing wrong? I thought I would just be able to use each pedal without having to set up a key and stuff for them but I guess not. I have spent 3 hours on this and am getting very frustrated!
