No idea, but I can say you're correct. For example, there were times I installed a new version and then revert back to the old version for some reasons (usually bugs), something implemented in the new versions will get carried over to the old version as well. Sometimes good things, sometimes not. LOL. 

I asked because in template there're youtube outro, so I was wondering if it works as youtube end screen, but seems not.

I don't know German but you sound fine to me~ If you want hollywood trailer sound, you may need wavepad's voice changing function instead of an equalizer.

This is the most complex video I made with videopad so far, a test cut session of my student. 

Agree with Dallan. I also made by custom text / template by adding scaling and motion to the text / template. 

I know one can do on youtube studio, but I'm wondering if it can be done in videopad or not, where the end screen allows clicking to most recent upload / most viewed / or whatever I chose videos?

Ur PC is way more than enough. I used to be using I7 990x with 32 bit windows. LOL

I don't see the super resolution upscaling in 13.28. When I used it in 13.21 to export a video that requires upscaling and comparing the result to 13.28's export of the same video, there's no difference. The blurry video is still the same blurry because I upscaled it. 

And my registry is already "puxd". I guess the option is just cut. 

I just tune down the volume of my speakers so the sound doesn't go into my mic, then record the narration as I play the video in VP. 😐

Ok, I solved the problem myself. 
Regedit and search for "computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\NCH Software\VideoPad\ExportDialog" and found the wrong one to delete it.

It seems the resolution limit of the vertical does not allow a 4k vertical video to be exported.

I then used regedit to edit the custom resolution entry to create a vertical 4k resolution, bypassing the program's limit when entering value. It worked to a certain, which it can export vertical 4K but using only CPU encoding.... super slow LOL.

Definitely. 

Usually I just enter the same bit rate of the source in the export setting. 

I don't think the default export quality is the same as source quality. I just tried to use a 28000kbps source with default quality export and it came out as 19xxxkbps. 

I use "save effect chain" for this action.
