Really didn't find this components folder. Deleted deshaker file and reinstalled VP. Still stabilization doen't work. here's for example one file I'd like to stabilize among others: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VZQlNmd964m_jTf58sxAZ62SPdFXjmwy/view

I tried by clearing cache files. Didn't find Components folder. Do you mean I should upload the executable installing file or the video I want to stabilize?

I just tried, now it's the version v 7.39 and the same problem. Stabilization fails and VP crashes.

OK, thanks. Are you sure I will not lose my license I've paid? How can I backup the older version in case of?

Hi everybody! When I try to stabilize a video clip it always fails and I get this message: "VideoPad video editor has crashed because of an abnormal exception. Help us fixing etc, etc..." I use VideoPad v. 7.10 and have no idea where the problem is, can anybody help? thanks!
