  1. That kind of "waves" in green in this: https://photos.app.goo.gl/tMZ8ozrmNrYF9Cw1A And I would like that the waves are synchronized with the sound and not just random waves. Sorry, english is my mother tongue, feel difficult to find the right words to explain...
  2. Hello! I am making a video with and interview (only sound) and some images and would like to add audio waves. How is it possible in VideoPad? Thanks in advance! Sylvain
  3. Hello! After a while (and cleaning hard drive) I tried again and it worked perfectly. It seems, that my computer was to buzzy to be able to to the slomo. The jerkiness in my export is not due to the frame rate setting, it was obviously about 5 fps instead of 25. Perhaps it has something to do with the codec used and kind of settings of the gopro. Many slow motion videos are automatically in 24, 25 or 30 fps and the video is slowed by the camera itself. With the gopro the slomo file is not slowed and the frame rate is 120 or 240 fps and the slow motion is obtained by processing it with software, which failed with videopad when my computer was to buzzy, as videopad was processing a 25 fps file (slowed 5 times to 5 fps)
  4. Thanks for the answer, but the problem is not resolved. I got exactly the same exported video. If you don't see the problem by yourself, it means that perhaps you can't help my so much. In the exported video, the slow motion is not smooth at all and the frame rate might be something like 5 fps. With a frame rate of 25 fps, the motion should be smooth and not jerky as in the exported file. I've tried to slow the clip with the media player (VLC), it works perfectly. I tried with another software, it works perfectly. I tries with other files in Videopad, it works perfectly. The preview of the slowed part in Videopad is smooth, it works perfectly. Now there's this problem and it looks like Videopad is recognizing the file as a 25 fps file when exporting the file. The problem is in the exportation of the file. -0-0- Actually I tried with another software (Openshot video editor) and the result is exactly the same, a jerky clip. 😕 I think there might be a problem with the gopro file (all aother files from other cameras work pefectly) or the codec used by go pro, who knows... The preview in videopad works, as well as the preview in Openshot video editor, so really the problem comes when exporting the file. -0-0- Compare with this exported file (shotcut) and see the difernce by yourself, no need to explain https://content.invisioncic.com/r33241/emoticons/default_smile.png : https://drive.google.com/file/d/13Td2-oUJmO5qHaMRXxz4Hkzr2HmTHLpR/view?usp=sharing
  5. Hello, I've got a problem trying to make slow motion from a 120 fps clip filmed with go pro hero 8. I changed the speed to 20% to get 5x slowed and export at 25 fps. The result is a really bad slow motion as it was about 5 fps. It looks like the go pro file is interpreted as a 25 fps file even though it is in fact 120 fps. I did the same kind of slow motion with plenty of other files filmed with another camera (panasonic G9) and it worked perfectly. Where is the problem? Here is the portable project file: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1YDeeGRdRemJ7qi1Vf99XIwiByBBW8KcG?usp=sharing
  6. Hello! I usually remove noise by grabbing noise sample from a selected area and then apply a spectral subtraction based on noise sample. I have been quite satisfied, but often there's a recurrent problem when it is not possible to select a noise sample, for instance when there is all along the track a sound I want to have (bird song or whatever). I have tried other methods, but wasn't satisfied at all. Any tips? Here's an example of audio file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rdXKcS6-FPmsRr_pI4s4wnRfNfCjN78R/view?usp=sharing
  7. Hello! I upgraded my videopad from 7.10 to 10.84 (or something like that) to be able to apply noise reduction among other things. But, I guess my computer is too slow, it is very very slow and can't make it... I'm running a test and I try to apply and export a 12 second lasting video and it has been running for 9 hours and the exportation is only 60% complete... My computer is so slow that the preview of the effect is not running, so for a new effect it is impossible to adjust it properly. What kind of specification for a computer would be OK to make it work? How long should it take in theory to apply noise reduction on a 4 minutes long video? I'm kind of in a hurry, since I have to send a video to a festival within a few days, so I wouldn't be mad if somebody does it for me . Here's the drive link to the file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1E-ngSCW0iXMyPc0Moaa_O-fXlCmKnLy5/view?usp=sharing
  8. Thanks for the advice. This looks working, but the problem is that you can not decide how to crop different sequnce of the file or images, since all the file is cropped the same way. Or we should combine scale and position. Btw my try succeeded. When the video file first has the right ratio (16:9 in this case), it worked.
  9. The images are stretched and it is not what I am looking for. I did once that kind of diaporama. I added still photos and used the same zoom tools to get the 16:9 format and it worked. Maybe it has something to do that the original video file is 1440x1080? It would be easy actually to do the diaporama again with the original photo files rather than trying to change the file size ratio. Strange , seems it would be a really easy thing to do. I'm now trying to change the original video ration into 16:9 and then applying the zoom/crop effects, let's see.
  10. Export still in progress, but here's the folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1VZsGbPPfZYMeUNMv0oqZKr17OM9yBmBd?usp=sharing
  11. I have the same problem. I have a 1440x1080 video I want to convert into 16/9 using the zoom tool and then export in 1920x1080. I still have borders on both sides as LunaTrans's snapshot. I try right away to export the file in 1280 x 720, let's if it works
  12. Something like this I thought also, but didn't figure out how to realize it and to fix it. For the audio track I guess it's because I forgot to configure the equalizer... With the 7.10 version equalizer setting are not saved when saving the project and have to be configurated again every time a project is open. I think this would be a nice developpment to fix that problem. Or is it already so in the latest version?
  13. YEAH it worked! Thanks a lot for your help! https://youtu.be/FIRT8UtBt5M
  14. Here's the folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ayZ4JV6QTLLB4bg4Z4xXYfpmAgepB4gk?usp=sharing
  15. I tried with one single file and the result was good and the same as in the preview image in VideoPad. And yes you're right i meant 0.10 and not 10 for exposure. 0.10 is the value I used and still have the overexposed result shown in the screeshot when exporting the entire video. The problem might be in the project itself, seems like the effects are added many times, i don't know why...
  16. I tried again after cleaning the cache, same result... I tried with one single file, it worked perfectly. Might be a problem with the project. I prefer not to download the latest because I will lose the license in 6 months. What about re-installing it?
  17. Thanks, but the problem is not the correction of the exposure. When I export the final video file the result is overexposed as in the screenshot (compare to the preview where the correction is done).
  18. here's the file that is on the screenshot: FILE I applied: exposure +10 and in colors management brightness +30, contrast +10 gamma 1 i cleared unused cache files and tried again , lets see...
  19. Hi, using the 7.10 version I had this problem. I had to add exposure on video files becaus there were quite dark, but when I exported the video, the final video was over over over exposed. Any idea where is the problem? Never had that before.. here's a screenshot : https://photos.app.goo.gl/DMeSovACYKTDrnQa7
  20. Thank you so much! I was just wondering how it was possible to apply the same effects to many clips at the same time, now I have an answer to that, too.
  21. yes, that works for me too with 7.10 version but when I have lots of clips, I have to apply the saved preset for all clips one by one, which takes time.
  22. I found a solution. I used wavepad for noise reduction afer the EQ settings and saved the sound file so both noise reduction and EQ settings are saved in the project.
  23. Does not work for me, the preset is a flat line when I re-open the project..
  24. Yep, still doesn't work. if the problem is simply in my computer, too slow, soo old or windows as a problem, who knows... Thanks a lot again! I have many files to stabilize each time I'm working on a video project. I'll upload them here if I don't find another solution.
  25. Ok, I used REVO, since with windows control pannel I already tried many times withouut success. What about downloading the same older version (7.10) for which I have the license instead of the latest?
