  1. Hi, how many rings before taking the call are configured in IVM? regards Tjareson.
  2. Hi, right-click on the mailbox, select properties and then on the delivery tab. There you'll find the access code. regards Tjareson.
  3. Hi, I had the same problem, but found a workaround to record the messages with the record-file function. Which means: don't use this "leave-msg-for xxx" but "record wave file" in the OGM settings. There you can exactly define, how long the recoding should be, etc. In the filename you can insert variables, so that each recording produces a different file name. Works fine, the only problem is, that you need to set up your own menu for listening your messages. (which I'll do anyway, because I don't like this built-in menu...) regards Tjareson
  4. Could you possibly configure your isdn-switch, so that it uses the same length of ring? How do you connect your isdn line to IVM? (I also have an isdn line, but using fritz box fon for isdn-voip conversion, which works fine.) regards Tjareson.
  5. Hi, as far as I know, IVM always uses the same VOIP-connection for in- and outbound. Do you've checked, what dialing plan is configured for the extension in axon which is connected with IVM? May be you should try to call an axon-internal extension first, to determine how far your outbound IVM-call get. regards Tjareson
  6. Hi, I think, you will need some additional implementation for that call-automation, depending on, from where you get your phone-numbers to call. With IVM you can put a list of numbers manually in and force IVM to call them with a predefined OGM (which asks questions, plays wav-files, whatever...). The other way is to tell IVM by command line that it should call a number. For this way, you'll need an application, script or something with the ability to call command line applications. (which sounds more difficult, than it is. With mysql and VB-scripting for instance, you can achieve good results cheap and easy.) Regarding the responses of the user: as long as this respond is a key-stroke on his phone - no problem to transfer the call or write something in a database. regards Tjareson.
  7. Hi there, it would be very helpful to have different "basic" settings for each voip-line. Especially: - maximum possible length of recorded message - min. length for recorded messages to keep (short msg are lost at the moment...) - number of rings before answering All in all: great application! best regards Tjareson.
  8. Hi, I'm just testing Axon if applicable for professional use. At the moment I'm stuck with a queueing problem. I have a group, consisting of 3 participants: 2 softphones and an answering machine. The delay for the softphones is 0 seconds, for the answering machine 120 seconds. That works fine, as long as at least one softphone isn't busy. (each softphone connects with only 1(!) line) In case that both of them are busy, the incoming call is directly routed to the answering machine, ignoring any configured delay for it. I think, if I assume, that there are only phones in group, this seems to make a bit of sense. But if you need an answering machine, which only get's the call in case of waiting to long in queue, that simply doesn't work. Any idea if I understood something wrong with configuring groups? best regards Tjareson
