  1. The ineturl plugin does not support return information itself. The returned information is purely what is returned from the internet server as defined in the php script. In the example the last lines are

    echo "amount=";

    echo "$amount";

    This will return a variable amount which can then be used in IVN (Note you refer to it in IVM as %amount%)

  2. Please note we will not discuss or allow discussions of illegal downloads for music.

    If you own the CD then please use Express Rip to create mp3 files from your tracks. These files can then be used to create a backup for your personal use with Express Burn.

  3. The problems you are reporting are most likely an issue with the CD media. Where a CD plays in one player but not another this means the player cannot read the CD. Different brands can be read in different player.

    Try a different brand CD and hopefully it will be ok.

  4. Music Match is just a music player. The original sound files should still be on your harddisk. If you cannot remember try seeing if you can right click on a song and select it properties. This should tell you where it is. Otherwise Music Match may have a Save as or Export function to save the files to another folder on your harddisk.

    Most likely Music Match is telling you you cannot burn because you do not have a CD Burner installed in your computer. You may only have a CD Reader (CD-ROM). If so Express Burn will not be able to burn either. To test just run Express Burn and select a Data CD and then add any small file from your harddisk. Try doing a burn. If you cannot burn a CD then it will tell you.

  5. Please check the help file under troubleshooting problems and 'IVM answers the call but does not play a message'

    Most likely your modem drivers are not installed correctly, particularly the wave/voice drivers.

  6. Express Burn will not overwite an existing CD-R. A CD-R is a write one media. Express Burn is ejecting it as it is detecting an already burnt CD (it should say so).

    You can append data to a CD-R when you write using multi-session writing. This allows to to add or even delete files from an already burned CD-R, but it is in-efficient as the old files al still present and you need about 12Mb to start a new session.

    BUT

    Express Burn does not currently support multi-session writing.

    If you wish to completely erase and start again the only way is to use a CD rewritable (CD/RW) which can be erased and burn again

  7. Hi,

    congratulations you have found a bug in Express Burn, It should prompt you for format information when loading raw audio files. I'll fix this bug in the next release.

    In the short term open the audio file using WavePad and resave it as a wave file being carful to sent the sampling rate correctly.

    Load the resaved wave file into Express Burn and check the listed duration is correct (not double say the expected length). You should be able to burn correctly now.

  8. The current version is 2.43.

    Try setting (under Settings, General) the number of rings before it answers(Answer calls after a fixed number of rings). Set this value higher than how many rings you wish to have the chance to answer it. Otherwise if the given number of ring happens IVM will always answer.

  9. For the used CD are you referring to a rewritable CD (CD\RW)?

    Express Burn should overwrite automatically (I'll check).

    It will not handle CD-R as it does not use multi-session writing so cannot append a CD that is not finalised.

  10. Interesting problem.

    What type of files are you adding?

    Are you missing the last few files or just miscellaneous ones.

    Once you have added all the files are they all present in the main window? Any copy protected files (some types of WMA for example) will not be added.

  11. The simulator is designed to test a system. It allows you to check out OGMs and messages without needing to use the phone system and waste money on the calls.

    Generally configure your system using the simulator and then test using the phone/modem.

  12. This can be caused by a number of reasons. Primarily acoustic effects around the use of the handset. If possible try using a headset unit instead when making the recordings.

    Otherwise what modem are you using? It may have echo cancellation built in, if so it is a matter of updating your initialisation strings.

  13. Hi,

    if the previous post did not help then you are having a compatibility issue. If you are not using version 1.08 of Express Burn please try it, it resolves some issue like that.

    Otherwise please contact me at

    craig@nch.com.au

    and I'll send you some diagnostic software to resolve the issue.
