  1. I had the same problem with a standard telephone line - I turned the "Voice Record Activation Level" as far down as I could and I let the hardware take care of the disconnects. This seemed to resolve my problem with a standard telephone line.
  2. Is everyone in this topic using a plain telephone line, or are you guys using VOIP?

What you are saying is a good feature, you may be able to rig something though, the data files are stored here: c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\NCH Swift Sound\DialDictate\Users Looks like the ID number is the folder name and if you open the .dat file with notepad, you will be able to see the different settings. You may be able to accomplish this with a script. But I don't see a way for it to read from a database.
  4. I am currently using a Dictaphone setup at my MTS and would love to get away from Dictaphone. I was curious to see if anyone has any helpful reviews of the system that would help make my decision easier. What is the uptime of the system? Are there any flaws that are not clearly visible when purchasing? Tell me a little bit about your experience with the software. Thank you in advance.
