  1. I am having the same problem as well. I have 6 external lines ringing into one group (701) which with IMS set as default "on hold player" plays the music fine while the line is ringing. No problems so far. Except when I answer the line and place the caller on hold they get no music at all, no sound, just silence. not even the fraction of a second you were talking about. I have Axon, IMS, IVM and callcentric with 3 grandstream 1200 phones. I have had the system for about 6 months and never have been able to solve this problem. I think NCH knows about this, I also don't think IMS was designed to work with axon as a pbx. Maybe just an after though for the programmers. My 2 cents
  2. I am having the same problem. I believe it is with the time, not just during a call leaving a message. I have a 57 second greeting and it ends the call at 36 seconds every time. If I press a selection just before 36 seconds then it restarts the 36 s4ec count down and if I am not of phone by then it kills the call. Looking for a solution. ps. ivm reports disconnected call and this only happens with the sipura 3102 line. not the broadvoice line
  3. I thought we needed the telephony cards to use the regular phone lines, I have two lines I want to hook up to the axom system, do I need two of the Sipura 3000 adapters? I am just adding the call system to our network and purchasing the hardware, was I wrong in getting the USB TELCTAUSB2. I plan on using the software on a server computer and two analog phone lines attached to the system. Thanks Ryan
