In Express Talk, with Audio option menu,under Audio Input Channel , I dont have an option to select Phone Line or Microphone...due to whcih my customers cant hear me...How to resolve it ?

If I change the SIP Port to 5070, then I dont get any message once I press On Run Network Setup wizard. Should I keep it to 5070 or 5060 ?

1) Reason for being Internet on each line is because its not a lease line but its a broadband 2) We have 2 Lan card on each computer, so that we can retain LAN through one ethernet card and through another we get internet. 3) Lease line is not available in our area , due to high cost of installation 4) We thought of using Axon on Lan, but as we are getting internet on each computer, we cant use Axon :-(

What is OGM ? And can we Run IVM on individual computers with Express Talk Installed on each ? Each computer gets 256 kbps internet line individually..

When you say telemarketing calls, dose it mean that 1) Using IVM , I can dial out numbers. 2) Once connected, it can transfer call to Express talk , via Axon , to the extension which is free ?

What the use and purpose of Outbound Autodialing ?

If you have dedicated 256 , then 4 agents can calls smoothly.. No worries..
