Have the same problem. Also the "R" column does not get check marked for each transaction that has been reconciled. I am going to look for a different program. Not sure how this program has stayed on the market.

It would seem that making suggestions does not get you any results. Since the above conversation is over 2 years old and the issues still exists. This is a very basic user interface feature. It is disappointing to have this issue persist.

I have had the same issue. I decided to download my bank transactions as a .csv file and import it to MoneyLine. That gets the transactions into the MoneyLine app but you don't get all the info that connecting to your bank would get you. I used to use Quicken but did not want to pay for it on a subscription basis. Now I am rethinking that. Does anyone from NCH monitor this forum? Has anyone else had to deal with this issue?
