jim.hodgson
I can dictate into my Blackberry using it as a voice recorder - it produces a .amr file which I can email straight to my secretary. Unfortunately, express scribe does not seem to recognise the file. She could convert the file by using another piece of software but it adds a further layer of complication unless done automatically. Is there a way around this or should it be a suggestion for a future upgrade? Thanks
Damian Lettie
I can dictate into my Blackberry using it as a voice recorder - it produces a .amr file which I can email straight to my secretary. Unfortunately, express scribe does not seem to recognise the file. Express Scribe should be able to load AMR files. You should report this as a bug by selecting "Send Bug Report" from Scribe's Help menu. Make sure you include your email address in the bug report, so we can contact you to get one of the problem files for testing. It might help if you mention the address of this forum topic in the "Problem Description" field of the bug report: http://nch.invisionzone.com/index.php?showtopic=11228 Thanks.
