Mike Parks Posted February 24, 2013 Share Posted February 24, 2013 Hi, Used free user version 2.12 a few times with no problems. Just loaded free user version 3.01 and I cannot add any video clips. The clip appears in the clip preview window and states 'generating thumbnail images' but then a pop up states 'abnormal execution error' and asks if I want to submit an error report. Nationalsolo Posted February 27, 2013 Share Posted February 27, 2013 Hi If you loaded and kept the original vpsetup.exe file for your earlier version (and not simply run it from a website), then unistall the version you are currently using or drag all the NCH VP folders to the dustbin including any desktop shortcuts. Now re-load and run the old vpsetup.exe file. I have done this several times whilst trying out V3.0/01 and it seems to work OK. Nat Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
