I am looking for version 4.05. Does anyone have a link. All I can find is 4.03 and 4.08.

I did not see any spikes when inputting numbers. I did notice that it will work fine as long as I press them slowly. Once I push them too fast, it totally stops accepting numbers. Whenever you have time I would like to send you my program file. Thanks

I have tried multiple phones, and I have been sitting at a monitor watching the number come across IVM. They are definately showing up much after I input them.

I have just updated to 4.08 and this problem has got much worse. I do not even have to push the buttons very fast and the systems seems to miss some numbers. It seems to take about half a second for it to register that I hit a button. There is nothing else running on the server. Any idea how to fix this?

I see the option for compression, but I only have one choice. Format I can only choose PCM and attributes, I can only choose 7kb/sec. How do I get more choices?

Is it possible to set up an OGM to run an .exe at disconnect. I would like to run a compression program and move the file after hang up. Is this a possibility?

When I try to load an IVR program file it finishes and then deletes all of the folders it just downloaded. I am running version 4.05. Any ideas?

Answer to first question: Yes, just create a silent audio file to run while your program is executing. Second Questions: What version are you running. I know this was a known issue and was suposedly fixed in the current version. I haven't tried yet.

i don't quite understand the question

By data entry I mean over the phone. As an example, I ask people who call in to enter their pin number. Sometimes if they type too fast on their phone, the software will miss a number.

Has anyone had trouble with data entry. Every once in a while when I quickly enter data, the program will miss a number. Is there anyway setting that could help this?

fyi: it appears that i have resolved the issue. Sometimes the first second or so gets cut off of the recording. I editing the RecordTone.wav file and added one second of silence before the beep. This seems to have resolved my issue.

When I start an OGM with Record Wav file, about 90% of the time I hear the beep and start recording without a problem. The other 10% of the time I get no sound and then some light static. Is this happening to anyone else?

I have just noticed the same thing. I have a login variable based on if they entered valid information. If they fail on the first try, they can not get in unless they hang up and call again. This is a huge problem.
