That's the first thing I tried. I set the compression to any number of formats but the file size is always the same -- about 800k/min. My guess is that setting is just for the voicemail boxes. Any other suggestions?

First off -- great product! IVM offers all the power and flexibility I have been looking for -- great work! My question is this -- Is there a way to set the audio compression when using the "record to WAV file" option in the OGM setup? The default setting is at about 800K / minute -- it would be nice to be able to choose something leaner.

Check the user that the service is running under -- I believe the default is to have it set to the local system account which probably doesn't have permission to write to your remote location.
