Hello all, have you been able to automatically allocate the COGS as an expense in order to be balanced against the inventory? Within the 'Item' Express Accounts configuration, there is a Cost and Expense option. If EA does not support that, how are you managing to reduce the Inventory value overtime? I've been using the software for a while and when I updated to a new version I lost the capability to click and drag an item to reorder on a quote or invoice? Am I missing something or is that function no longer working? It is quite inconvenient to not have the ability to reorder items as I desire. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

Hi, For NCH Express Invoice, is it possible to export the Item List including the quantity to EXCEL? Also anyone successfully get the IMPORT CSV function to work. Keeping asking me to click to assign the fields but there is no selection.

NEVER MIND ..... I found the place to import Items. Can you import ITEMS from a csv file? I was able to import my customer files from Outlook but would like to import sales items also.

I'd like to be able to get a report of the dates I sold a particular item. I can get a count of sales in a period, but I would like to get something that looks similar to: Item: ThePartNumber Date Invoice Number Customer Qty 1/04/2014 12234 TheBestCust 5 2/10/2014 13457 OtherCust 2 Or, failing that, a data dump of the invoice detail, and I can create it myself in a spreadsheet.

I have been playing around with this for a little while and am trying to import a .csv file into the program. I can't find anything to help me in the support or through google. I keep getting the message "You haven't matched any records. Would you like to continue the matching process?" I get my data in the import field and there is nothing in the "Copper Fields" or the "Matching Import Fields" columns. Any help would be appreciated.
