kitkat2468
I have tried everything to get my foot pedal to work - no luck. It is the three pedal style, I can get to settings to the part where it says to press the rewind pedal - but nothing. Please help - my neck is getting sore using F keys. What is the connection on your foot pedal, Serial or USB?
carybond
What is the connection on your foot pedal, Serial or USB? I'm having the same problem. Mine is USB. It worked on a previous version of Vista. I had to repartition and install a new Vista. Now it won't let me run the foot pedal set up wizard. Nothing happens. Help! I have a job to do this weekend!!! Thanks!!!
smileyjared
Have you found the answer? I have a serial foot pedal and it acknowledges it on Com3 but when I go to press rewind, nothing happens. In the computer device manager it refers to it as prolific usb to serial port com 7. but there is no such port listed. However, it seems to recognize it on Com port 3. But then there is no communication. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
