voipfrog Posted July 25, 2008 Share Posted July 25, 2008 I am using SIP Voip on my IVM set up and use the system to do out bound VB blast. I loaded my messages and set up the transfer features and ran the campaign. I tested it out with my cell numbers and when it calls I get the call and its silent for 8 secs and then my Answering machine message s plays. For some reason the system is not picking up that a live person has answered....PLEASE help me out on this i really like the software and hope to find a solution to the problem.... any suggestions Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
