  1. after I load my list and start the campaign of only 1,000 numbers it will call the first number which is my test number and ity works fine, but every number after that gets this message Error Call attempt timed-out the server is not replying what is going on here? does anyone have any ideas? I have ran the line wizard and opened the ports but i just cant get my list out and the voice detection is not registering when people pick up either Keith

    Hello i am looking for help with the voice detection set up on the IVM, Ican get the calls to transfer properly but when you answer the call the system does not recognize the live answer voice...how do i fix this?
  3. I have the IVM outbound messagng running and I am testing it, when you press one the call is transfered as its suppossed to but you can not hear the other people on the line. Is this my router setting> Or is this a mapping issue with the software...? Please help
  4. I am using SIP Voip on my IVM set up and use the system to do out bound VB blast. I loaded my messages and set up the transfer features and ran the campaign. I tested it out with my cell numbers and when it calls I get the call and its silent for 8 secs and then my Answering machine message s plays. For some reason the system is not picking up that a live person has answered....PLEASE help me out on this i really like the software and hope to find a solution to the problem.... any suggestions
