Davem734
My parents have downloaded Express Talk Basic and it expires after 14 days. It is now asking them to register. How do they get past the registration so they can use the free version? They have no need for advanced features. Is there a better choice for a simple (SIP enabled) softphone on the MAC? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Dave
pythonpoole
Try re-installing the free version. I seem to remember on the older Windows versions of the program there was a 'bug' where the free version would keep expiring after 14 days until reinstalled. I believe this was fixed (although I'm not certain), perhaps this 'bug' still exists on the mac version.
Davem734
That was the first thing we tried. I think both links point to the same program. I am not sure if this id deliberate or a mistake. But I soure wish they would fix it... Try re-installing the free version.
