Sender name doesn't show up

Hi,

 

I use Express Dictate sending the dictations on the LAN, and Express Scribe loads the files from the local directory. But when Express Scribe lads a file, the column "Sender" (or "User" - I use a French version) is empty. I don't understand why, since the Express Dictate user is registered...

What file format are they being sent as? As it says in the "File" tab of the "Send to Typist Recipient Properties" dialog in Dictate, only DCT files contain sender information.

Oh, OK, that's the reason: we use .WAV files.
