Bublle tip under ES

Hi,

 

I have a little problem with the "display a bubble tip when a new dictation arrives" option.

 

I know this not a very critical feature of ES, but one of my client wants to use ED, and send his dictations to a folder, in which ES will automatically check if new dictations arrived. Therefore, the transciptionist using ED needs to be alerted when there is some work ! The problem is that the bubble tip only appears when two or more dictations are loaded. The first dictation is never poping; and if the transcriptionist receives two dictations, the bubble will only note one dictation.

 

Does anyone has any idea of what is the problem ?
