Guest Gerald
Anybody knows how to record music from a turntable? I'd like to transfer my old vinyl records into CDs. My turntable has the red/white RCA cables and a ground cable. I've a PC with a sound card. Thanks in advance!
Guest Derek
Two requirements. 1. You will need a cable converting from RCA to mini-plug which then goes into line-in on your sound card. 2. Turnatable output is usually to low to use directly. It will have to go through an amplifier first before going to the sound card.

I also have a Radio Shack mic/line DJ mixer that has ins for a turntable. Best $100 I ever paid. I not only use it to record to computer, but I use it to play audio from multiple computers through my stereo stystem.
nchtj
We will have a new product coming out soon that will help with recording from vinyl into wav/mp3 or CD.
