Raaf
Good morning, I have Axon set up on a dedicated server. I am using 2 Polycom Soundpoint IP 330 phones that are registered to the server as extension 101 and 102. I can call out with both phones and I can call into the server with the VoIP line ringing extension 101 directly. I attempted to call extension 102 from extension 101 but I get an error message "The number you have dialed is not in service..." . Anyone know what I am doing wrong? I just punch in the number 102 and hit dial. Is there some setting that I need to set to allow internal extension to extension calls?? Thanks again. Raaf
A quick update. I can now call internal extensions just fine. I can't seem to transfer calls though. when ever I hit transfer on the phone and begin entering the extension it goes to a fast busy signal before I can finish entering a 3 digit extension. I get as far as 2 digits and then I get a fast busy signal. Any ideas?? Thanks again
weltsnet
Raaf, Try installing Express Talk and see if you can do a transfer. My guess is that it has something to do with a feature on your phone, so you may have to go back to your user manual or the manufacturer to resolve, because if you can dial an extension, then should be able to transfer. But try Express Talk first and see what happens. Cheers, Brian
