Scheduled backup on Mac

Hello,

Express backup recommends scheduling backups to ensure data security on this page: https://www.nchsoftware.com/accounting/kb/1117.html

However, on a Mac this option does not exist in the backup dialog. Is there any other place/menu in the Mac App where I can define a schedule or is there any workaround for this?

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, you are right. Not all options are available on both systems (Windows and MacOS). Sadly there isn't, you can however manually backup the files. Backing up files on a monthly or quarterly basis should be fine.
