drjulian Posted May 1 Share Posted May 1 I recently registered NCH Videopad Master edition. I am running on windows 11 with 16 GIG ram and Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz . My problem is that when I start videopad (click on the desktop icon) the splash screen will come up but it will take up to 30 seconds before the program opens. I do not recall having this issue with the demo version, and I believe it started after I registered the software. Please advise what I can do to resolve this very slow start?
