Hi,

 

I downloaded the trail version and I don't have a clue how to set up even after reading the manual twice. What I'm looking for is this:

 

Someone calls our number

They are given the option to enter a three digit number for property information, press a certain number for a menu of available properties, press a certain number to leave a message or press 0 to reach us during business hours.

 

Does this software do this?

Yes, this is all possible with IVM. Have a look at some of the examples (www.nch.com.au/ivm/examples.html) and see how they work.

If I were to explain how we want to set up the program, is there a genius on here who would be willing to write me the directions in laymens terms (not technical) for a modest fee?
