n1x1 Posted April 30 Share Posted April 30 To resolve the issue, I would recommend the following steps: Try a different brand or type of DVD disc. Re-encode or re-export the video file to ensure it is not corrupt. Close any unnecessary applications running in the background. Update your DVD burning software to the latest version.
